Cortar en cubos el zapallo anco Verter las papas en la olla y a los 10' agregar el zapallo y los hongos. Mezclar con cuidado. Tapar. Agregar agua caliente si se seca. A los 15' aprox probar, cuando esté tierno el pollo (con un tenedor se puede desarmar) y al pinchar las papas no están duras, está listo. Para que no se pase se puede apagar el fuego cuando aún falta un poco de cocción y tapar un rato
