  3. En un bol, mezclar la quinoa, el puré del zapallo, la harina (pueden usar más o menos de las 5 cucharadas, depende de lo que consideren necesario por la consistencia), los huevos, cebolla, ajo y perejil. Agregarle un chorrito de aceite y condimentos a gusto.
  4. Pueden cocinar las hamburguesas al horno o a la plancha. Yo hice una tanda en un método y otro.
    En el primer caso, las fui colocando con la ayuda de una cuchara en una asadera previamente aceitada (les fui dando la forma con la misma cuchara) y las lleve al horno unos 20 minutos a temperatura alta.
    Las otras las fui preparando sobre una plancha aceitada, dejándolas unos 2 o 3 minutos de cada lado.
  5. Salieron bien sabrosas y me salvaron un almuerzo en el que me rebusqué con lo que tenía en la heladera. Acompañamos con un tomate. Sano, rico y práctico 👩‍🍳
