  1. Descongelar la carne, aderezarla con el vinagre por todos lados y reservar.
  2. Mientras picar la cebolla en cuadritos y en na olla echar aceite para que caliente, agregar la cebolla, el ajo, el ají amarillo, la sal y las especias.
  3. Cuando esté bien frito el aderezo, añaden la carne y suben el fuego, debe freirse por tofos los lados, la van moviendo.
  4. Agregar luego la hoja de laurel, echan agua hirviendo hasta que tape la carne para que se cocine.
  5. Pasado uno minutos, pinchar la carne con un tenedor, si ya está suave, echan la zanahoria, las arverjitas, las papas peladas y picadas y dejar que se cocine.
  6. Echar el culantro, mover y taoar para que termine de cocinarse. Verán que está listo cuando pinchando de nuevo la carn está suavecita y las verduras y papas estén cocinadas, servir con arroz blanco 😋
