  4. Cuando el burgol esté hidratado lo mezclamos con 800 gr de carne, 1 cebolla picada, 3/4 cucharadita de baharat, 1 cdita de menta, sal y amasamos con las manos para mezclar todo
  5. Al relleno lo dejamos enfriar y agregamos las nueces picadas
  6. Para armar ponemos un poco de masa alrededor del dedo pulgar y sacamos para que quede un agujero para rellenar, ponemos dentro el relleno y cerramos
  7. Armamos y colocamos en placa para horno con aceite y cocinamos por 30 minutos en horno moderado.... se pueden freír también
  8. Comemos acompañados por salsa agria
