- Se pone una sartén con un chorro de aceite de oliva se van añadiendo las verduras primero cebolla, ajo, puerro, pimientos y cuando se ve blandito el tomate natural añade sal pimienta y se sofríe bien hasta que esté doradito
- Se añade la carne picada ligeramente salpimentada y se mezcla con las verduras una vez que comienza a coger coló se añade orégano, hierbas provenzales y se añade un chorrito de vino se deja evaporar y se sofríe hasta que esté bien cocinada se le añade tomate frito pimentón picante se mezcla bien y se apaga el fuego
- Preparamos una fuente de horno y un bol con agua templada para remojar las placas de lasaña
- Ponemos una fina capa de Bechamel en el fondo de la fuente seguidamente ponemos una capa de placas y otra de carne y vamos alternado con otra de Bechamel así hasta finalizar la carne terminamos con capa de bechamel añadimos el queso y horneamos unos 20 minutos o hasta que las placas estén blanditas comprobar con tenedor y el queso esté doradito con aire a 180 grados apagamos y dejar reposar 10/15 minutos antes de servir.A disfrutar está riquísima😋🤤😊
