  9. 150 g Repollo (picado)

  13. 1 Cucharada Aceite de sésamo
  14. 1 Cucharadas Albariño
  15. Pimienta negra molida
  16. 1 Pizca sal
  17. Para la salsa:
  18. 3 Cucharadas Salsa soja
  19. 1 Cucharadas Aceite de sésamo
  20. 1 Cucharadita Salsa de ostras
  21. 1 Chile (picado)

  1. —Para la masa.
    En el vaso de la Thermomix, mezclamos la harina de trigo y el aceite, programando 15 segundos a velocidad 2.
    Por otro lado, disolvemos la sal en el agua y la añadimos al vaso. Programamos 20 segundos a velocidad 2.
    A continuación, programamos 10 minutos, velocidad espiga, y dejamos reposar la masa 5 minutos. Realizamos este paso 3 veces consecutivas. Tras este último amasado, tapamos con film y dejamos reposar 2 horas en la nevera.
  2. Hacemos las obleas, sacando bolitas pequeñas que estiramos con un rodillo dejando la parte exterior más fina y el interior un poco más grueso para que no se rompa al rellenar. (Con esta cantidad de masa, nos salieron 14 obleas grandes).
  3. —Para el relleno.
    Picamos (lo más fino posible) la cebolleta y el repollo.
    En un bol, ponemos la carne picada y la mezclamos con la verdura picada.
  4. Añadimos el jengibre rallado, el huevo entero, las salsa de soja, el albariño y el aceite de sésamo. Salpimentamos y mezclamos hasta integrar por completo.
  5. Rellenamos cada oblea con el relleno en crudo, y las cerramos haciendo un par de dobleces en cada lateral de la oblea. La cocinamos directamente en vaporera, durante unos 12 minutos —aunque hay que ir vigilando cada piso—.
  6. —Para la salsa.
    Mezclamos todos los ingredientes líquidos y le añadimos el chile laminado.
  7. A disfrutar!
