  3. Cuando la cebolla comienza a blanquearse, agregar los condimentos de a uno (páprika, clavo de olor, cardamomo y canela), revolviendo bien para que se integren y desprendan su aroma.
  4. Bajar el fuego y cocinar por unos 5'. Apagar el fuego y reservar
  5. Cortar las papas longitudinalmente y con ciudad o ahuecarlas sacándoles la pulpa, dejando un cm de pared aproximadamente para que no se rompan.
  6. Hacer un puré con un pisa papa y agregar un poco de sal.
  7. Incorporar la cebolla con las especias y mezclar bien hasta unir.
  8. Agregar el queso crema y volver a mezclar hasta formar una pasta uniforme.
  9. Rellenar las papas que ahuecamos. Colocar un trozo de queso cremoso y llevar al horno hasta gratinar.
  10. Servir acompañada de la ensalada que más les guste. Son una delicia, se los garantizo!!
