  4. 【Tortilla】
    Batir 2 huevos con una pizca de sal y 1 cucharadita de azúcar. Colarlos. En una sartén cocinar el huevo batido a fuego medio con 1 cucharadita de aceite durante 30 segundos. Apagar el fuego y esperar por 1 minuto con tapa. Quitar los bordes alrededor de las tortillas. Cortar la tortilla en tiras.
  5. 【Pollo molido sazonado】En una sartén saltear pollo molido picando con los palillos. Añadir 1 cucharadita de sake, salsa de soya, azúcar y un poco de jengibre rallado. Saltearlo a fuego lento hasta que se cocine.
  6. 【Llenar con bola de arroz de sushi】
    Hacer pequeñas bolas de arroz de sushi. Escurrir el aburaage para quitar el líquido.Llenar con bola de arroz de sushi.
  7. Poner las tortillas cortadas, los pepinos cortados, los camarones encima de arroz. También poner las tortillas, los pollos y edamame.
