  4. Cuando el arroz este blando, apagar el fuego y dejarlo reposar 10 min, reservarlo en un bowl grande. Hacer una mezcla de viangre de arroz con 2 cucharadas de azúcar y un poco de sal, este aliño de viangre se denomina sushizu. Añadir este aliño al arroz para sabor.
  5. Preparar las verduras y el queso crema. Cortarlos y reservar.
  6. Tostar ligeramente las láminas de alga nori, colocar una de ellas en la esterilla de bambú. El lado brillando del alga nori debe quedar hacia abajo.
  7. Con una cuchara extender el arroz encima de el alga nori, dejando un margen de 3 cm aprox. En uno de los extremos poner encima los ingredientes (zanahoria, aguacate, pepino, queso).
  8. Empezar a enrollar el sushi con ayuda de la esterilla. Levantar el extremo más próximo a nosotros y enroscarlo sobre el mismo, procurando que la esterilla no quede en el interior del rollo.
  9. El borde del rollo del sushi debe quedar en la parte inferior. Hacer presión sobre la esterilla para que quede bien apretado. Cortarlo en rodajas de 1.5 cm
  10. Servir las rodajas de sushi en una fuente, acompañadas de un poco de salsa de soja y wasabi.
