- 250 ml agua caliente
- 1 cda sal
- relleno

- 2 cebollas

- 1 pimiento morrón mediano
- 3 limones, el jugo
- 1 manojo perejil
- 1 cda menta fresca
- al gusto sal
- pimienta pimienta
- al gusto Ají molido o en su defecto ají seco triturado

Ahora lo que se debe hacer es escurrir los jugos, tanto el jugo de limón como el jugo que la carne fue soltando durante las horas en las que estuvo reposando.
- Armamos las empanadas rellenando los discos de la masa y dándoles la forma triangular clásica de la empanada árabe. Luego hay que colocarlas en una fuente de horno aceitada y cocinarlas a un horno precalentado fuerte hasta que estén bien doradas.
